Author's guide

At the moment, the Guide includes:

  • MS Word style file
  • LaTeX style files
  • Unix style files

List of invited and accepted papers will appear on the papers section after the review process has been finished.

Paper Submission Instructions:

1. Write the manuscript of your FULL PAPER using a MS Word, RTF or LaTeX template that you will find here. We strongly recommend using a template or, if you cannot use them, to follow the layout rules precisely.
2. Upload your manuscript to the AES conference publications site http://www.aes.org/30th_authors. The preferred format is PDF but a number of other formats can be used as well. Detailed instructions are found on the upload site.
   Note! only papers in electronic form are accepted.
3. All submissions must have been received no later than October 24th November 1st, 2006. This time schedule is a strict deadline. Revised versions (according to reviewer comments) should be uploaded January 15th, 2007 at the latest.

Notice that registration of at least one author is required in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings.

The manuscripts will follow a layout similar to other AES conferences. The number of pages is limited to 4-10 but if your manuscript will exceed 10 pages, you must obtain permission from the papers chair first.
