The Matti Karjalainen Fan Shirt
Prof Matti Karjalainen is retiring soon. The AES Finnish section wanted to remember he and his long research and teaching career on audio signal processing, speech, and acoustics. As most of us know, Matti is also enthusiastic music listener and guitar player. Thus we thought it would be a nice way to honor Matti's career by making a tour shirt of his "AES tour", all AES conferences and conventions where he was present at least as as an author. Matti's son Sampo and daughter Raisa helped making the graphics, thanks a lot!
Matti and his family got their shirts already, and Matti agreed that the shirt could also be sold publically. The revenues are donated to Matti Karjalainen funds hosted by the Acoustical Society of Finland. The funds are used to support young acoustical students. You may also make a donation to the funds with the web form below. Remember to leave greetings to Matti when ordering!
The price of the shirt is 30 Euros, plus optional shipping costs by mail.
The orders are collected up to 15.May 2010, after this the shirts are manufactured and delivered.

The shirt is the organic T-shirt manufactured by R-collection, who also performs the high-quality printing. Some information of the shirt and sizing can be found here, Men & Women (unfortunately only in Finnish).
The color of the shirt is black with two-color printing. The price of it is 30 Euros, plus optional shipping costs by mail.
